Warranty & Refund Policy
We want you to love our products as much as we do when we make them. It is our goal to assist you with any issues that may arise throughout the buying and shipping process.
Please read the following information on our return policies and Warranties.
Defective Upon Arrival
If any damage occurs during shipping it must be reported within twenty four to (48) hours and scheduled to be return shipped. We will do our best to send an alternative product if available, re-make the item or refund you. New product or refunds may take up to 15 days to ship.
Non-Damaged Returns
We will accept returns within 7 days. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping. Large items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Unfortunately we cannot warranty any item that is antique, vintage or used. It will be marked "as is". We do our best to mark and describe these items exactly how they are, and photograph any areas of concern. We welcome you to ask questions about an item before you purchase, additional photos may be available. If you are still needing assistance after a purchase, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best.
Handmade Item Warranty:
All handmade items are warranted up to 1 year after purchase. Any issues after a 1 year period are on a case per case basis. If it breaks contact us, send it back, we will either repair it or send you a new one.
